Orders, Shipping and Delivery
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. You will be provided with a tracking number. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date. Please contact our customer service team ( southampton@miamisupps.co.uk ) only if your delivery has not been received within 1 week from placing an order.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
Unfortunately for now we do not have this option available. You can only subscribe to our newsletter once you create an account.
How To Return My Items?
Before returning a product please contact our customer service team at southampton@miamisupps.co.uk . Please provide a reason for a return and one of our team members will get back to you shortly ( usually within 1 day ). To make a return please ensure that a product has not been opened and it is fully sealed. Cost of return is a customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Miami Supplements accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
