Recommended Use
DEFIB PROVEN EDITION™ is an extremely highly dosed pre-workout intended for advanced users.
Mix 2 scoops (34g) with 350–500ml of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training.
Do not exceed 1 serving in any 24-hour period.
Avoid use within 5 hours of intended sleep.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

How To Return My Items?
Before returning a product please contact our customer service team at southampton@miamisupps.co.uk . Please provide a reason for a return and one of our team members will get back to you shortly ( usually within 1 day ). To make a return please ensure that a product has not been opened and it is fully sealed. Cost of return is a customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
