Recommended Use
DEFIB™ is a highly dosed pre-workout developed for advanced trainers. Assess your personal stimulant tolerance before use.
Mix 1 scoop (10.5g) with 250–350ml of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training.
Advanced users may use 2 scoops (21g) in the same way. The full listed dosages of the key active ingredients are reached at two scoops.
Do not exceed 2 scoops in any 24-hour period.
Avoid use within 5 hours of intended sleep.

The core formula includes:
Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Citicoline, PeptiPump™ Lentil Protein Hydrolysate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Sabroxy® Oroxylum indicum Extract, SalidroPure™ Salidroside and AstraGin®.
Flavour-specific ingredients may also include flavourings, acidity regulators, sodium bicarbonate, anti-caking agents, sweeteners and colourings.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

How To Return My Items?
Before returning a product please contact our customer service team at southampton@miamisupps.co.uk . Please provide a reason for a return and one of our team members will get back to you shortly ( usually within 1 day ). To make a return please ensure that a product has not been opened and it is fully sealed. Cost of return is a customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
