What Is Melatonin?

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland in response to darkness. It helps your body know when it's time to sleep and wake up. How to Use:

Take 1 capsule (1 mg) daily, 30 minutes before bedtime.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. How To Return My Items?

To make a return please ensure that a product has not been opened and it is fully sealed. Cost of return is a customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
