What Is Nutrition 22 Feral Pre-Workout Shot?

Nutrition 22 Feral is a liquid food supplement combining several ingredients commonly used in pre-workout formulas.

Unlike traditional pre-workout powders, it comes ready to consume, without the need for measuring or mixing.

The product contains a particularly high concentration of caffeine alongside beta-alanine and other active ingredients.

Because the caffeine content is exceptionally high, careful attention to the manufacturer's serving instructions is essential.

Key Ingredients Explained

Caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant that acts on the central nervous system.

It is commonly included in pre-workout products because of its stimulating effects.

Feral contains 580mg of caffeine per 100ml, equivalent to:

• 145mg per 25ml

• 290mg per 50ml

• 580mg per 100ml

These figures are provided to explain the concentration of caffeine, not as recommended serving sizes.

High caffeine intake can cause adverse effects, including palpitations, anxiety, nausea, sleep disturbances and increased blood pressure.

Beta-Alanine – 4,000mg per 100ml

Beta-alanine is a naturally occurring amino acid involved in the production of carnosine within skeletal muscles.

Carnosine helps buffer changes in muscle acidity during intense physical activity.

Research suggests that regular beta-alanine supplementation can increase muscle carnosine levels over time.

Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling sensation known as paraesthesia.

Taurine – 1,000mg per 100ml

Taurine is a naturally occurring compound found in tissues including skeletal muscle.

It is frequently used in energy drinks and sports nutrition supplements.

Choline Bitartrate – 500mg per 100ml

Choline bitartrate is a source of choline, an essential nutrient.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism, normal homocysteine metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine – 320mg per 100ml

N-acetyl-L-tyrosine is a modified form of tyrosine, an amino acid involved in the body's production of several important compounds.

It is commonly included in pre-workout formulations.

Inosine – 70mg per 100ml

Inosine is a naturally occurring nucleoside involved in purine metabolism.

It is sometimes included in sports nutrition products, although evidence supporting exercise-performance benefits is limited.

Cayenne Pepper Extract – 7.5mg per 100ml

Feral contains cayenne pepper fruit extract derived from Capsicum annuum.

Cayenne pepper contains naturally occurring compounds known as capsaicinoids.
